- You will receive a one-on-one consultation with us prior to any written offer you wish to make on a home. We will explain tactics that give you the most leverage in negotiating a position on any home you put in a written offer.
- Any offer and negotiations will be communicated by us as they occur and will be explained in a way so that it can be understood by you and your family.
